1. If you stay in a sectional title or share block – approach the chairman/Trustee in person
2. The IM, Assent form and Round Robin Resolution (hard copy or electronic) to be circulated to internal owners
3. Trustee/chairman to caucus its internal owners to vote YES or NO to the UIP:
   1. Owners should be given until Thur 6 Nov to read, question & understand the Round Robin Resolution
   2. Owners must vote either YES or NO on the round robin resolution
   3. Once trustee/chairman receives >50% of votes by owners, a trustee can sign off the Assent Form
   4. Assent Form to be emailed to info.musessuip@gmail.com
   5. Original form to be dropped off at the BOX at Nonoti Avenue security boom gate
4. Volunteer to Arrange for whatever signed assents forms to be collected by Latest Fri 7 Nov directly from the trustee/chairman
5. Hand over the assent forms on Wed 12 Nov at Nonoti Avenue security boom gate – Box will be available
